read access?

it is SUPOSSED TO READ access but it really DO NOT OPEN IT!! it is really a really poor program: i have an access db and first i have to put it in 2003 format, then, it does not read the forms, the querys or the reports: so you have a great program that just read the tables like a msdos program.
Sincerelly, i do not recomend it
